Beauty Buzz Trial - Absolutely Natural Luxurious Skincare

Hey Beauty Bees,

Every once in a while, I like to switch up the hair and skin care products I use. Today I was given the chance to try out some products from a company that I once used in a hotel that I stayed at. I remember using one of the body washes and loving the scent of it but I never looked more into. I was overly ecstatic when I got in touch with Absolutely Natural and was given the chance to test out some different products.

Absolutely Natural pioneered the original 100% natural, chemical-free sun care in the early 1990’s and has set the same standards for their organic spa care. All of their unique formulas are carefully selected from nature’s most nutrient- and vitamin-rich plants, minerals, and renewable sources.

What I found so interesting is that Absolutely Natural works to support sea turtle rehabilitation, rescue and awareness. They make regular donations towards efforts to rehabilitate rescued sea turtles and educate the public on how they can help make a difference

Here are the 5 products I received:
Nutrient Infusion Shampoo in Cucumber Mint
"Bring your hair back to life and restore manageability with our sulfate-free blend of organic and all-natural ingredients. Daily use will enhance sheen and softness."

I received a very small sample packet of this product so it was hard to get a good test with how much hair I have, but I know it would have with more product. It definitely worked well and made my hair feel so clean. The scent was much lighter then I expected after reading the word mint.

Nutrient Infusion Conditioner in Papaya Pineapple
"Revive your hair and restore nutrients with our luxurious sulfate-free formula. Our blend of organic and natural ingredients enhances texture, resulting in luminous, silky smooth hair."

With the same amount of product, the conditioner did a much better job at getting a good lather. When I got out of the shower and dried off my hair, I was easily able to comb thru it without the slightest snag. I also really loved the scent of this conditioner, which had me worried at first because of mixing two different scents but it worked out great.
Nutrient-Rich Body Wash in Organic Rose Hips
"Gently clean while restoring nutrients and powerful antioxidants to your skin. Blended with the finest natural and organic ingredients, daily use improves skin's tone and texture."

This body wash was incredible. It was so fresh and clean with its light floral scent. I was also very happy how well it lathered up once applied. After jumping out of the shower my skin just felt so clean and was super soft.

Step 1 - Gentle Cleanser
"Gently cleanse away the day's environmental residue and make-up. Sulfate-free and nutrient-rich, our gentle cleanser leaves skin soft, smooth and healthy."

This cleanser surprised me with its strong scent of mint but it was so invigorating. The lather felt great and made my skin feel so clean, especially when it was still on my face. I also love how well it worked with my oily skin, keeping it dry all day.

Step 2 - Energizing Astringent
"Gently, deep clean and refresh your skin without the irritation and dryness of alchohal-based products."

This seemed pretty basic for me as a product, but I did like learning from the directions to pat the product on instead of rubbing. I feel like it seeped in my skin much better with this method.

Overall, this is a great brand and I can definitely see myself looking into getting full sizes of some of the above products. However I can not see myself giving the products a full 5/5 scoring since they all were one time use packets and sometimes products work differently the second or third time you use them. I do highly suggest you giving them a try though, especially the body wash and hair products.
