Thanksgiving Youtube Tag
Hey Beauty Bees,

Thanksgiving is in just a few days and I am super excited to celebrate my first one being married and living in the State. While watching some Youtube videos the other day, I came upon a Thanksgiving tag that I thought would be fun to help share what I like/dislike and how I celebrate Thanksgiving.

Feel free to use these questions on your own blog or Youtube channel, and send me a link in the comments if you do.

1. What is your favorite Thanksgiving side dish?
My favorite side dish has not changed since I was a little girl, mashed potatoes!

2. What is your favorite Thanksgiving dessert?
There is always a debate on what is the best Thanksgiving dessert and for me it is pumpkin pie. With a dollop of whipped cream, pumpkin pie is hands down my favorite dessert for Thanksgiving and throughout the entire Fall season. We have had pumpkin pie at the closing of every turkey dinner since I can remember.

3. What does your ideal Thanksgiving outfit look like?
My ideal outfit is always something very comfortable like leggings and sweaters because with all the food that we are consuming, it is nice to have clothing that will stretch. Also, I need to be wearing something that I can easily cozy up on the couch afterwards to watch some TV with family since we are all put into food comas.

Check out my Thanksgiving Outfit Lookbook for some ideas for your own outfit.

4. Least favorite Thanksgiving dish.
I am not the biggest fan of squash. I have tried it a few times but each time I just could not finish it.

5. Do you have any quirky Thanksgiving traditions?
The only tradition I have for Thanksgiving is watching festive movies like A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving and Planes, Trains and Automobiles. Not exactly quirky, but I do love them.

6. Where do you and your family usually celebrate Thanksgiving?
Being Canadian, I was use to celebrating the day at my Nonna's house in October. Since moving to the US, this will be my first Thanksgiving here, during November and not at my Nonnas. I cannot wait to start making holiday memories in the home that Chris and I have created for ourselves.

7.  How many words can you make out of "GOBBLE"?
Weird question but... Glob, Bob, Lobe, Blog, Globe, Log, Loge, Ego, Leo, Blob, Gel

8. Are you going Black Friday Shopping?
Not this year. Since we are hosting Thanksgiving dinner with Chris's family at our place, we will not be able to make it to the very early openings of stores. Between spending time with family and how tired we most likely will be after the day, I am ok with passing on pushing through the mall or department stores. Luckily, most of the stores where I would want to shop at are having their Black Friday sales online as well! So as everyone is out and about dealing with lines and mass amounts of people, I will be in my pajamas shopping online.

9. What are you thankful for?
I am thankful for so many things including my husband, my family, my blog experience and life itself. With all the crazy and sad things going on in the world lately, I am just truly thankful to be healthy and living each day freely.
