Beauty Buzz Trial - Mirenesse Cosmetics

Hey Beauty Bees,

 A cosmetic brand that I have been intrigued by just sent me an AH-MAZING goodie box full of make up products to review. Mirenesse Cosmetics is an Australian brand that has become a world wide best seller through their online site and TV home shopping. From their extraordinary makeup products to impressive skincare, this brand mission is to make all women feel beautiful and good about themselves.

As of late, I am a huge lover of pencil liners and these are ones that will definitely be used alot! The pigmentation is amazing and goes on super smoothly. The basic black is great for everyday but I cannot wait to use this gorgeous blue shade on my lower lash line to add some color to my Spring makeup looks! It is also super convenient that each liner comes with its own sharpener built into the cap. I always hated sharpening my colored liners since the build up product in the sharpener would transfer, however with these liners we do not have this problem.

This was not my favorite mascara I have ever used in terms of lengthening, however I really loved the brush on this. I was able to get every lash on the top and bottom perfectly coated which really helped open up eyes. I also loved the lasting power of this mascara which then came off super easy with just a makeup wipe. Lastly, the packaging is just too pretty to not display, along with many other products from this brand.

This next item on the list is one I have been wanting to try out for a while now. To start, the compact is perfect for on the go including the product, a mirror and a sponge applicator all in one. The consistency of this foundation is so silky soft and dries to a powder finish giving off great coverage. The shade I received was Mocha, which was a shade or two darker then my own skin color, however I think in the Summer time once I get a tan it will match better. My only concern is that I am not the biggest fan of the little sponge so I used a separate makeup brush to blend out the product after I applied it.

I am absolutely in love with this finishing powder. It helped seal in my foundation and concealer, leaving me with an actually airbrushed look. Having oily skin, I was super impressed at how well it kept my face from looking shiny all day and whenever I did have to do touch ups, it did not look cakey at all. Another reason I love this powder is that I can wear it alone over just primer to give myself a quick and light base for days I do not want to be overly made up.
This is a super pigmented liquid lipstick that goes on wet and dries to a matte velvet finish. I am not too sure if it is just me or not, but I felt that it took quite a while for the product to dry. It did however have amazing lasting power and I did not have to reapply. For the colors, I really liked the red shade but was not a fan of the nude/brown shade that showed up weird on my lips.

To start out, I absolutely love that each one of these liners is a duet. There has been many times in my life where I grabbed a lipstick shade and tried to match it with a liner but needed a shade lighter or darker. With this product, you will always have that back up shade to help you out! These lip liners are super pigmented and feel amazing on the lips, they also look great just on their own! Under lipsticks, they really make your colors pop and keep work amazing at holding in any bleeding.

Overall, I really enjoyed playing around with the products from Mirenesse Cosmetics. I especially loved their different eye and lip liners which show up amazing on the face and had some amazing colors. Mirenesse's packaging is super sleek and aesthetically pleasing, making it perfect to have as display pieces on your vanity. The only negative I have for these products is that they are definitely on the pricier side. If you are looking for a new brand to try out, I would highly suggest trying out something from Mirenesse.
