September Favorites

Hey Beauty Bees,

Another month has come and gone and it is time to tell you what I loved for the month of September. Throughout the month I have been venturing out from my normal makeup routine to try out different products especially in the lip and eye shadow categories. However, most days I caught myself grabbing for these same 6 products so it only makes sense to deem them my favorites for the month. 

1. Urban Decay 24/7 Velvet Glide on Eye Pencil in Black Velvet - This past month I have fallen back in love with black eyeliners, since the beginning of Spring I had been using only brown liners. This one is so creamy and goes on effortlessly without smudging. I also loved using black on my top lash line then a colored liner on the bottom.

2. CK One Color Masacara in True Black- I got this mascara as a free birthday gift from Ulta in April and ever since I have always loved it. This month in particular I have been reaching for it more since it separates my lashes well with no clumping. It also is one of the only brushes that works very well at getting at my lower lashes.

3. Urban Decay De-slick Makeup Setting Spray Oil-Control - No setting spray works better then this one and with the change of weather, my skin has been becoming more oily so it is definitely needed. September has been the month of long days so this product has kept my makeup looking fresh from early morning to late at night.

4. ELF Studio Eyelash Curler - Nothing wakes up your eyes better then curling your lashes causing them to look bigger and more awake. This eye lash curler is so cheap and works perfectly at getting the job done. I would recommend this particular one over any over eyelash curler any day. 

5. Bath and Body Works Pink Chiffon Body Lotion - This lotion is my favorite scent out of them all from B&BW and this travel size bottle has been perfect to toss into my bag for whenever my hands have felt dry. After just one time using this lotion you can notice a huge difference on how soft and moisturized your skin feels. The scent of pink petals & vanilla chiffon icing is so sweet and addicting, its like having a floral cupcake in your hands, although I would never condone taste testing that.

6. NYX HD Photogenic Concealer in Beige -  Unfortunately my skin has decided to break out alot more then usually this month, making this concealer a lifesaver. It covered up all the blemishes and redness I needed to hide leaving me with a flawless look day after day. The doe foot applicator is also a huge help since I can through it into my bag and have it on the ready in case I need to do any touch ups without needing to have a brush. Just apply and easily blend with your fingers.
